By submitting your information, joining the BeezWax mailing or messaging list, creating an account, or otherwise opting in to receive communications from BeezWax, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Age Requirement

You represent that you are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to receive cannabis-related marketing communications under applicable law.

BeezWax reserves the right to require age verification and to deny or discontinue communications when age or eligibility cannot be verified.

2. Consent to Communications

By voluntarily providing your contact information and opting in, you authorize BeezWax to send you communications regarding, where legally permitted:

Store news and announcements
Product availability
Promotions and special offers
Events
Loyalty or customer programs

Other BeezWax-related marketing communications

Store Entry & Customer Conduct Policy

For the safety of our customers, employees, and community, everyone entering BeezWax is expected to follow this policy and all applicable laws.

Entry into BeezWax constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to follow these rules while on the premises.

1. Age & Identification

Entry to retail areas is limited to individuals legally permitted to enter under Minnesota law.

Customers may be required to present valid identification and verify their age.

BeezWax reserves the right to refuse entry or service when legally permitted, including when valid identification cannot be provided or eligibility cannot be verified.

2. Respect Our Staff

BeezWax has a zero-tolerance policy for threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, intimidating, or violent behavior toward employees, customers, vendors, or other individuals on the premises.

This includes:

Threats or attempted violence
Physical aggression
Harassment or intimidation
Unwanted physical contact
Sexual harassment
Abusive or excessively disruptive behavior
Deliberate damage to property
Interference with employees performing their duties

Customers engaging in prohibited conduct may be asked to leave and may be refused future entry or service, subject to applicable law.

Law enforcement may be contacted when reasonably necessary for safety, suspected criminal conduct, or protection of persons or property.

3. Follow Employee Instructions

Customers must comply with lawful and reasonable instructions from BeezWax employees regarding safety, security, identification, restricted areas, store operations, and compliance with applicable cannabis regulations.

Customers may not enter employee-only or otherwise restricted areas without authorization.

4. No Unauthorized Consumption

Consumption of cannabis or cannabinoid products on the premises is prohibited except where specifically authorized by applicable law and the business's license.

5. Intoxicated or Disruptive Individuals

BeezWax reserves the right, consistent with applicable law, to refuse service or require an individual to leave when the person's behavior creates a safety concern, substantially disrupts store operations, or threatens employees, customers, or property.

6. Product Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following all product instructions, warnings, and applicable laws after purchase.

BeezWax employees do not provide medical diagnoses or individualized medical treatment advice.

7. Security

BeezWax maintains security measures for the protection of employees, customers, inventory, and property.

Suspected theft, fraud, threats, violence, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Right to Refuse Service

BeezWax reserves the right to refuse service or require a person to leave the premises when legally permitted, including for violations of this policy, applicable laws, safety requirements, or store rules.

Nothing in this policy authorizes discrimination or refusal of service prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.

9. Assumption of Ordinary Risks

Individuals entering the premises are expected to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and follow posted warnings and employee instructions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Agreement
